Common questions
Most sites are ready within two to four weeks of our first chat, depending on how quickly we can get content and feedback together. I'll give you a clear timeline upfront.
Yes, completely. Your domain, your content and your site belong to you. I look after the hosting and maintenance, but if you ever want to move elsewhere, I'll hand over everything you need.
Care plans run on an annual rolling contract. All plans renew on 1 January each year. I'll give you notice before then, and I may review pricing at that point, but I'll always let you know in advance so you can decide whether to continue.
No hard feelings. If you decide not to renew at the end of your annual contract, I'll give you everything you need: the files, the domain details, whatever it takes to take your site somewhere else. I just ask for reasonable notice before renewal.
It depends on how it was built. Get in touch and I'll take a look. If it's something I can work with, I'll let you know what's possible. If not, I'll tell you that too.
Hosting, security monitoring, regular backups and up to a few hours of content updates each month. Things like changing your opening hours, adding a new team member or updating a price. Bigger changes are quoted separately.
